The EPIC HighBay Laboratory (EHBL) and subsequent laboratories can work from the molecular level to the full scale level. This means that anywhere along product development, the researchers at EPIC can provide support, from ideation, development, modification, simulations, evaluations, and risk assessment.
The EHBL has the capabilities to work with a variety of materials including, but not limited, to: metals such as steel and aluminum; concrete such as traditional Portland cement and geopolymer; composite material such as carbon fiber, polymers, and, wood.
The following are common tests and researchers in the high-bay labs. There are multiple types of tests performed within these groups.
